What is Jukari Fit to Fly? It's a new way to move your body using an equipment called the FlySet that is specially designed for this exercise.
The body gets a sensational feeling of flying using the FlySet.
This routine helps in strengthening and lengthening the body through cardio, balance, strength and core training.
The moves: It involves a head-to-toe hour-long body workout that will get you swinging and sweating. There are signature moves that have been designed for all the body parts. The result of the moves is phenomenal as it's full workout for abductors, lat muscles, abdominal, cardio, legs, chest, triceps, shoulders, core, biceps and back.
