Exercise regularly

Since bones is essentially made up of calcium, eating or drinking milk or milk products can keep your teeth and bones strong and healthy. Even chocolate milk is good for bones but one is advised to brush their teeth after having it.

Nutritious diet
A healthy body is a product of nutritious diet. Most of the diseases are due to the intake of improper and unhygienic foods. Hence, one must try to cut down the intake of such foods which may harm the body. Besides taking milk, including calcium-rich foods like broccoli and fish in the diet can help in providing the optimum level of calcium in our body. Some calcium-fortified foods like pasta, rice and orange juice can also offer you enough calcium in your body. Do no starve as it not only inhibits the growth of bones but can also affect the overall health of the body.

Stay active and alert
Accidents are one of the most common reasons behind bone problems. People lose their hand, feet or back because of bike accidents or car accidents. The best way to prevent such type of events in our life is to drive safely and slowly. Also take care that you do not drive vehicle, when you are drunk. If you are performing any act such as biking, boarding or skating, always wear helmet along with knee and elbow pads. It will provide you protection against any possible injuries. Sports person should play sports like soccer, cricket, rugby by wearing necessary safety accessories.
