How many times in a day do you brush your teeth? How often do you floss them? Do you visit your dentist regularly? You are often asked these questions during your school days; but as you age, you become careless about your dental health and suffer from hordes of teeth and gum related complaints. Here are some essential tips on dental care right from maintaining your basic dental health to taking proper care before and after dental procedures and surgeries.

Dental implants is a very good option for those who can afford it and have the bone quality, general medical condition and other criteria required for implant surgery. Implants can cost anywhere between Rs. 20, 000- 45,000 per implant depending on the implant type, the dentist and the city where you are planning for the treatment. An Oral Implantologist (Specialist) may charge higher. A more economical option would be to get them done in a Dental College that has the facility. If you are medically fit, then age is not a problem. Most dentists suggest a 2-6 months time period before a bridge can be given over an implant.
