I was perfectly alright till 21, but due to couple of bad experiences I went into depression but got over it in a year or two. Since then I have developed obsessive compulsive disorder. I have developed few bad habits no matter how hard I try to get rid of them I can’t. I don’t want to take medication as they are addictive. Please help.

I have scars on my tounge and inside of my mouth for over three years.Useing style it diminishes but does not cure.I ve seed Dr.at Rajiv Ghandhi cancer hospital.They say it cannor be cancer as it cures from one place and goes to another.Pl help.
