Healthizen.com is a safe place to store and manage your health records and take control of your and your family’s health. You would need to register for using the health record platform on the site.

There are several different ways in which you can store your health records here:

• Use a scanner to scan your health records, and upload them in different categories viz. Doctor Visits, Surgeries, Prescriptions, Lab test results, etc. on the website.

• Use your cell phone camera or a digital camera and take photos of the documents, download these photos to your computer, and upload them in different categories viz. Doctor Visits, Surgeries, Prescriptions, Lab test results, etc. on the website.

• Take photocopies of your health records, put them in a sealed envelope along with your signed consent form and courier the envelope to our office at:

Our trained staff would enter your records and notify you through an SMS and a mail when your records are uploaded.
